Examples 应该是完整可运行的 demo 应用，而不是嵌入在文档页面里的组件。文档负责解释标准；demo 作为独立 workbench surface 运行。

独立 demo 覆盖内容

Session/thread shell、composer、runtime status、有序 message parts 与 inline process。
Tool lifecycle、human-in-the-loop controls、task state、artifact workspace 与 evidence/replay。
Context、memory compaction、permission/policy、diagnostics、metrics 与 timeline archive。
Team workbench 场景：coordinator teams、parallel workers、specialist handoffs、review teams、human/agent boards、background teammates 与 remote teammates。
