v0.3.0 overview

Agent QC v0.3.0 expands v0.2.0 from a classification skeleton into a practical testing standard for real Agent products.

Key additions:

• detailed GUI/TUI/WebUI/desktop/browser/channel interaction surface testing guidance;
• deeper case studies for representative runtime, TUI, gateway, scheduler, UI, release, and eval projects;
• Claude Code-style TUI/runtime example;
• stronger evidence requirements for surface-specific ui-interaction gates.
