Verification	Automated or manual check against evidence.
Review	Verdict by human, policy, or automated reviewer.
Replay case	Reconstruction instructions and missing-fact record.
Redaction	Explicit transformation or withholding of sensitive evidence.
Export manifest	File, schema, hash, access, and completeness record for an exported pack.
Completeness	Category-level statement about which facts are present, partial, missing, or not collected.
